The aim of HyndburnLife is to present in one place information and services from many sources, and present it in an accessible, user-friendly way.

We aim to provide a single point of access to the full range of online services comprising council, leisure, education, health, social services etc. in addition to services the site will bring together local information concerning such things as transport, jobs, local events etc. In this way, all the information people need about the local area, from all the relevant service providers, is provided in one place.

We also seek to assist potential visitors to the area to get the most out of their trip.

Registered users will be able to access free email services, create their own websites and stationery, and post to the community message boards. The project aims to help voluntary and community groups to create websites, and to provide local businesses with the means to set up e-commerce websites.
