New life for neighbourhoods in Hyndburn

Elevate East Lancashire is using £11 million funding for 2004-2006 to deliver real change in the borough of Hyndburn.  With over 81,000 people living in the area, there is massive demand for quality homes in sustainable communities.

Initial master planning has led to the identification of two initial ADFs, which are West Accrington and Church along with Clayton and Enfield. The majority of the funding in the first two years is directed towards projects in the West Accrington and Church ADF, with a small amount being allocated to Clayton and Enfield.
